REFUND POLICY

1. Digital Service Exemption (Loss of Withdrawal Right)
Because our Service provides immediate performance of digital content creation and publication, you acknowledge and agree that your statutory right of withdrawal/cancellation (where applicable) is lost as soon as the Service begins (which is immediately upon purchase, as production starts scaling).
2. General Rule: No Refunds
Unless specifically stated below, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., you do not like the editing style, pacing, or music selection).
- Performance outcomes (e.g., you did not get the wishlists, sales, or views you expected).
- Platform removals (e.g., TikTok/Instagram mutes or removes the Campaign due to algorithms or moderation; see Section 11 of the Terms for our 30-Day Retention Guarantee).
- Change of mind after checkout.
3. When a Refund May Be Granted
We will issue a refund (fully or partially, at our discretion) in the following limited circumstances:
3.1 Non-Delivery
If we completely fail to produce and publish your Campaign within 14 days of your purchase (and the delay is not caused by you or Force Majeure), you may request a full refund.
3.2 Accidental Duplicate Payment
If you are accidentally charged twice for the exact same Campaign Slot, we will refund the duplicate charge.
3.3 Pre-Publication Cancellation by Us
If we decide, at our sole discretion, to cancel your Campaign after you have paid but before we have published it (e.g., if we discover late that your game violates our safety guidelines), we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to retain a 15% manual review fee if the cancellation was due to your deliberate violation of our Terms.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Your Order ID / receipt number (from your purchase receipt)
- The email address used for purchase
- A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund based on Section 3
We will review requests within 5 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a fraudulent chargeback through your bank/issuer instead of following this Policy is a breach of our Terms. If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be permanently banned, and we will dispute the chargeback using available transaction records, timestamped consent logs, and proof of delivery.
